Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Overview

SOoKmooD is an online fashion store offering clothing for women and men. Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

2. Prices

Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and may be converted to your local currency. SOoKmooD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

3. Orders

Any order is firm and final upon validation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of insufficient stock or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within Morocco and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. SOoKmooD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery (Morocco) and PayPal (international). All orders must be paid in full before shipment, except for cash on delivery.

6. Refunds

In accordance with our refund policy, all sales are final. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom benefit from the legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
