Sales in Morocco and outside the European Union

All purchases made on SOoKmooD are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. We invite you to carefully check sizes, colors, and product descriptions before placing your order.

Customers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom

In accordance with applicable European legislation, customers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, contact us within this period at amdact@gmail.com indicating your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.
